Are you ready to order broadband?

Ordering faster broadband online is a simple four step process. Your first step is to make sure you've all the right equipment at home.

What you'll need

• An active BT telephone line but not one from a cable operator( ntl or Telewest) or Kingston communications.*
• A broadband modem or router - you can order one online which will be pre-configured with your broadband connection settings.
• A broadband microfilter for evey phone socket you use that shares the same phone line as your broadband modem.

Note: Existing BT line: ADSL only works with a standard BT PSTN line. The customer is responsible for maintaining payments for the BT PSTN Line. Should the customer fall behind with BT payments, additional charges may be incurred for the ADSL service. ADSL requires that the existing BT line be converted to ADSL. Once converted the line can be used for both voice and Internet simultaneously. Some services such as ISDN, BT Highway, PBX lines, RedCare, BT VideoStream, BT DataStream, Pulse Metering Facilities or a coin box operate cannot be provided on the same line as the BT IPStream/Highway service. Provision of ADSL service is subject to satisfactory line survey.
